I knew I'd find it! It's called 天线宝宝QQ or antenna baby QQ (emoticon). It is considered a "classic face" emoticon and is found all over the internet. I couldn't find an exact "creator" but I think these are one of those that were created once for some some sort of messenger and has been around for a while.

I know if you write 天线宝宝QQ together then it gives you this antenna emoticon everywhere you search, but if you write 天线宝宝 without the QQ it gives you teletubbies. Uniqu...uniqu...think think, google won't spit uniqu out.

Maybe if I showed my google search box an incentive, it will give me what I want.
