Yours doesn't show, because you have your Myspace profile set to "private," so anyone that is not a registered user to Myspace or added to your profile page as a Myspace friend will not be able to see your profile page or the support program banner on "private mode." You may have to consider setting your Myspace profile to "public view" for the banner to be seen at any time.
