New emoticon(and avatar soon) page
I initially wanted to avoid this,as hotlinking can be very bandwidth consuming,but it seem without this I can't get many visitors,and in onion-club most of the incoming links are for the avatar page,where you can hotlink them so I decided to have a page like that here too.
And btw I have a dedicated server,I hope it will take a while to saturate the bandwidth!  The link is on the top menu : Cute-Factor - WANWAN Emoticons Yeah,the graphics is not finished but should be usable already.
