I would like to apologize to both customers and users.
We had serious problems with our logistic and warehouse,so many orders got delayed because we were trying to reorganize.
I had hoped to fix everything in short time,but it took longer than I had foreseen because had to switch warehouse 2 times since the first time wasn't ok ....
We have refunded the oldest orders while the other orders will receive some free gift proportional to their purchase to apologize for the inconvenience caused.

We have already restarted shipping the orders and I hope we can return to normality after the holidays.
I will try to update the website and start new contests.
Speaking of contests,since I was so busy with this issue I forgot to check the prize orders so the latest one are still pending.Again sorry
